Business Development & Partnerships Manager — Netherlands

Lead the recruitment of resellers and distributors and turn market knowledge into a strong partner network.

Role details

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach resellers, webshops and distributors
  • Organise tastings and negotiate pilot agreements
  • Manage partner relationships and reorder performance
  • Provide structured market intelligence to the product team

Your profile

  • 5+ years in Dutch FMCG, food distribution, wholesale, retail or e-commerce
  • Native or near-native Dutch and professional English
  • Existing network among food buyers is a strong plus
  • Entrepreneurial, disciplined in follow-up

Supply Chain, Quality & Regulatory Coordinator — Netherlands

Connect food compliance with daily operations: imports, warehousing, documentation and traceability.

Role details

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate importers, customs agents, laboratories and the 3PL
  • Maintain the approved product file for each SKU
  • Manage batch records, expiry exposure and stock rotation
  • Handle complaints and keep recall procedures ready

Your profile

  • 3–5 years in food logistics, quality, imports or regulatory coordination
  • Education in food technology, logistics or quality assurance
  • Accurate, organised and comfortable with documentation
  • Dutch and English
