1. Who we are

This website is operated by CARAVANSTER LLC, 34 N Franklin Ave, Ste 687 #5199, Pinedale, WY 82941, United States (“Caravanster”, “we”). We are responsible for the processing of personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@caravansterllc.com.

2. What data we process

Contact and partner forms. When you send us a message, we process the data you enter (such as name, email address, company, country and your message) to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a business relationship. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Job applications. If you apply by email, we process your application documents for recruitment only and delete them within six months after the process ends, unless you agree to a longer period.

Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, date and time of access and browser type to deliver the website securely. These logs are kept for a short period only.

3. Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use one functional cookie (pll_language) to remember your language choice. It contains no personal profile and expires after one year.

4. Recipients

Data is processed by our hosting provider (Hostinger) and by our email service as processors on our behalf. Some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, where we are established. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.

5. How long we keep data

Form messages are deleted when they are no longer needed to handle your request or our business relationship, and at the latest after two years, unless legal retention obligations apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time.
